Additional Qualification Certificate InformationApplication Procedure
Admission is based on the completion of a Bachelor of Education and a valid Professional A Teaching Certificate. In addition, applicants will be expected to have one year of teaching experience and at least six credit units of undergraduate courses in special education (EDPSE 390.3 and EDPSE 414.3 or equivalent).
For classes starting in January 2014, the deadline to
apply is November 1, 2013
For classes starting in May 2013 & September 2013 the deadline to apply is February 28, 2013 (Late applications will be considered)
A complete application package includes:
1. Application Form
2. Official University transcripts (if you are a previous U of S student this
is not necessary)
3. Resume outlining teaching experience plus three references
4. $75.00 CDN application fee (nonrefundable)
